Returns

Perishable goods are exempt from being returned

Missing Deliveries/items

Please email zac@yorkshirebutchers.co.uk regarding missing deliveries / items, issues will be dealt with as soon as possible, the response time to query will be within 48 hours

Refunds

We only exchange or refund for missing or defective/damaged goods and photographic evidence of the latter needs to be provided to zac@yorkshirebutchers.co.uk

Exchanges are for full orders or customers local to the depot only everything else will be dealt with via partial refund at Yorkshire Family Butchers terms

Yorkshire Family Butchers will not take responsibility for orders that are not received due to inaccurate address details being input or damage/ theft post-delivery if leave safe instructions have been adhered to and POD from courier is available.

Orders processed through card payments may take upto 5 working days for the fund to appear backinto your account.
